At Thame Sportive, giving back is at the heart of what we do. We’re proud to support a selection of incredible charities that are making a real difference in our community and beyond. By taking part in the Thame Sportive, you’re not just riding for the challenge—you’re riding for a cause.
Where Your Ride Makes a Difference
A significant portion of the event’s profits will be donated directly to our chosen charities, helping to fund essential services, life-changing projects, and community programs. Each pedal stroke brings us closer to our goal of supporting those who need it most.
Our supported charities include:
Your participation helps fuel these vital initiatives and amplifies their impact. Every entry fee, sponsorship, and donation contributes to changing lives for the better.
Thank you for joining us in riding with purpose. Together, we’re not just cycling—we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community.
We are a charity and a place where families can make the most of their time together and create happy memories during their children’s short lives.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance is the charity that gives everybody in our community the best chance of surviving and recovering from an emergency.
We’re here for you and your loved ones. Whoever you are. Wherever and whenever you need us. In Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
The Thame to Haddenham Greenway is an essential project aimed at improving safety and connectivity between Thame and Haddenham. Strongly supported by the local community, it will offer safer, more accessible routes for pedestrians and cyclists while providing a vital link to Haddenham train station. This initiative will make public transport more convenient, helping to reduce congestion and promote greener travel options.
The Thame Sportive plays a key role in supporting this project by helping to raise much-needed funds, bringing the community together to contribute toward making this vision a reality.
Sharing Life Trust is a local charity that has run the Thame Foodbank since 2012 and helps to support local people who are struggling with their finances and need a little extra help to feed their family.
