Entry Fee Policy

Please note that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you need to cancel your entry, the majority of your fee (after a small administration charge) will be donated to our event charities.

However, if you notify us in advance and cancel your place at least three weeks before the event, we may be able to find a replacement rider. If a replacement is found (who pays their own entry fee), we will offer you a guaranteed place in next year’s event. Please note that the entry fee will still be payable for the following year if you choose to take up this place.with other sports enthusiasts!

As this is a serious cycling challenge, the following types of bicycles are not permitted:

• Electric bikes which are not UK road Legal.
• Tri Bars are also not allowed.

• No cars or motorbikes are allowed to follow or lead riders.
• Spectators may arrange to meet riders at designated locations but should avoid driving on the event route where possible.

• No helmet, no ride – Helmets must be worn throughout the event. Riders without a helmet will be disqualified.
• Photo ID is required at registration – All participants must present a valid photo ID.

🚯 No littering – Zero Tolerance!

• This event takes place in Oxfordshire and Chilterns was designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and littering jeopardises future events.
• Please dispose of rubbish responsibly by handing it to event marshals.

• Any rider who fails to adhere to event rules may be disqualified.
• Mobile marshals will be monitoring the event and recording rider numbers.

• The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If you need to withdraw during the event, you are responsible for finding your own way back to HQ.
• There will be mechanics, first aid support, communication staff, and marshals stationed throughout all 3 routes. However, always carry some cash in case you need to arrange transport or buy food while waiting for assistance.
• If you retire, please inform a marshal and report your rider number upon returning to HQ.

• Although the route is well-monitored, marshals cannot be everywhere at once.
• In case of an accident, call 999. Be aware that rural roads may cause delays for emergency services.

• Waiver – All participants must read, understand, and sign the waiver on the registration card before taking part.
